As the Senior Manager for Labor & Delivery, you’ll guide a high-volume, high-acuity unit through every aspect of patient care, staffing, clinical quality, and team development. You’ll support nurses and interdisciplinary teams as they deliver safe, evidence-based care for mothers, newborns, and families navigating some of life’s most defining moments.

What They Need:

--An experienced, relationship-driven leader with at least five years in nursing management or similar roles within acute care. A BSN is required, with a master’s degree preferred. Candidates must hold or obtain a Washington RN license and maintain BLS certification. Success in this role demands strong communication skills, comfort leading large multidisciplinary teams, financial and staffing oversight experience, and the ability to navigate a unionized environment. A background in maternal child health, particularly high-acuity L&D, is highly preferred.
